1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or broken (we know shipping can be rough sometimes!), we will send a Free Replacement immediately.

3. Easy Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your UPI ID or Bank details to transfer the refund safely.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
To keep our prices low and our products hygienic, we cannot accept returns if:
