Kitchenova™ Return & Refund Policy

At Kitchenova, we stand behind the quality of our premium kitchen gadgets. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or broken (we know shipping can be rough sometimes!), we will send a Free Replacement immediately.

  • Action Required: Please email us at [Your Email] or WhatsApp us at [Your Number] with a clear photo or video of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Easy Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your UPI ID or Bank details to transfer the refund safely.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

To keep our prices low and our products hygienic, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows clear signs of use or wear.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
